At White Oak 1838, we have an incredible event coordinator and management team to ensure that every aspect of your special day is executed flawlessly.

The wedding coordinator is responsible for making sure that every cue and request are followed. The coordinator is responsible for attending the rehearsal of onsite ceremonies, creating a detailed and accurate

timeline of the day, and communicating with all vendors thirty days prior to the event to ensure they are meeting the deadlines of the timeline provided.

The day of the wedding, the coordinator attends the event and collaborates with the vendors, caterers, decorators and/or bartending services, creating your own unique, curated experience.
